Here's what happens from the moment you apply to move-in day.

  1. Choose your floor plan

    Browse the photos and 3D tours, or schedule a tour to see an apartment in person.

  2. Tell us you're ready

    Send the short form below and choose “Apply for an apartment.” The office sends your secure online application — each applicant completes it and pays the $40 application fee. No paperwork to drop off.

  3. We review your application

    The office reviews your application and reaches out if anything else is needed. Questions while you wait? Call (985) 345-1605.

  4. Sign your lease & get your keys

    Sign your 6-month lease, pick up your keys at the leasing office and you're home. After six months, your lease continues month-to-month.
